AIX Rosé

Tasting notes

Wine Spectator

“a creamy style with concentrated ripe melon flavours that show dried berry, cherry and spice notes. The plush finish is filled with mango”. Kim Marcus, Managing Editor

“very pale pink, fine nuances of dried herbs, fine confit of red berries, orange zest to gently, mineral touch, lush, elegant, very harmonious, subtle finish, balanced, versatile food companion” Peter Moser, chief editor

Cees van Casteren, Master of Wine

Brilliantly sparkling with pink tinge. Delicate perfume of ripe mandarin oranges, raspberries and wild strawberries. Slightly spicy in the taste. Again a tribute to red forest fruit, cherries, strawberries and fresh fig, though very refined and subdued, with a hint of thyme. Ideal as an aperitif, but also as a lunch rosé when combined with seafood, salads, grilled tuna or roasted chicken
